onlybrad.com (the "Site") is owned and operated by Flowasthetao LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Site you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site contains adult-oriented material. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, whichever is greater) to create an account or access any content. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement. Accounts found to belong to minors are terminated immediately.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred. You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page.
All photos, videos, audio, text, and other content on the Site are owned by Flowasthetao LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. When you unlock, purchase, or otherwise gain access to content, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view that content on the Site for your own private use. You may not download (except where a download is expressly offered), copy, record, screenshot, redistribute, republish, resell, or publicly display any content from the Site. Unauthorized distribution is copyright infringement and will be pursued.

The following content is strictly prohibited on the Site. This applies to everything on the Site, including posts, videos, photos, messages, live features, comments, requests, and the way content is described or marketed:
We will remove any such content immediately, terminate the accounts involved, and report to law enforcement where appropriate. Comments, requests, or messages asking for any of the above will be treated the same way.
Payments on the Site are processed by our authorized payment processor, CCBill. We never collect or store your card details ourselves — card information is entered only on the payment processor's secure form.
You can pay for a monthly subscription, one-time content unlocks (pay-per-view posts, messages and store items), and voluntary tips. Tips are gratuities to the creator: they do not unlock content or entitle you to any service. Loyalty points (XP) and Candy credits earned from spending have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold or redeemed for money, and may be changed or discontinued at any time. Nothing on the Site can be exchanged or cashed out for money.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel further billing at any time, in either of these ways:
Cancellation stops future rebills; your access continues through the end of the period already paid for.

Flowasthetao LLC has a zero-tolerance policy for all forms of human trafficking, slavery, forced labor, non-consensual sexual content, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and any content that promotes or facilitates human trafficking or physical abuse. The following are strictly prohibited on the Site:
Verification and consent. The Site is a single-creator platform: all content is produced and published by the site owner, and users cannot upload content to the Site. Content may depict the site owner alone or together with other consenting adult performers (for example, collaborations). Before any content is published, the identity and legal age (18+) of every person depicted is verified against government-issued photo ID, and written consent from every person depicted — to be depicted, to have the content publicly distributed on the Site, and to have it sold to users of the Site — is obtained and kept on record. Supporting documents are available to our payment processor and acquiring bank on request.
Review and monitoring. All content is reviewed before publication. Records of verification and consent documentation, and of any complaints and the actions taken, are maintained as required by card network rules.
Reporting. Anyone can report content they believe is illegal or violates these standards — see our Complaints Policy and Content Removal & Appeals Policy. Reports are reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days, and illegal content is removed immediately upon determination. Violations result in removal of the content, permanent account termination, and reporting to law enforcement and our financial partners where appropriate.

Our Complaints Policy and Content Removal & Appeals Policy describe how to report content, how reports are investigated, and how decisions can be appealed — including resolution of consent disputes by a neutral third party.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Site and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
All persons depicted on the Site were at least 18 years old when the content was created. Our 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement identifies the custodian of records.
